Music
Leader: Sis. Stephanie Hardesty
I suppose I was destined for music.  My mother started me in piano lessons when I was at the young age of four.  From then on, I took lessons off and on.  I remember many times being ill about having to "practice".  However, I was raised in a family that was always musically "into it".  My dad was a Minister of Music for many years and my mother played the piano - therefore, my sister and I learned to sing harmonic parts in the back seat of the car as we traveled to and from church or choir practice.  I believe all this was to prepare me for what I do today.  I must also add that my Pastor's wife, Sis. Marcantel, has been a great inspiration to me and has always stressed the importance of God's anointing in music.

Music has always played a vital part in worshipping the Lord.  God's Word even says to "come before His presence with singing" and also to "sing unto the Lord a new song."  So, we consider this to be a very vital component of each service.  We believe this part of worship will help to prepare hearts to receive the Word.  We have a great group of musicians that have been working together for several years and God has melded us together beautifully.  I thank the Lord for the wonderful group that He has given me to work with. Our main goal is this:  Be a worshipper first, then be a musician!  Our main focus is to keep our worship unto the Lord pure and acceptable and to always be sensitive to His voice as we worship Him in spirit and in truth.
